Fulton Co. Fall SPARC held for seniors around Atlanta | Health

FULTON COUNTY -- Fulton County is offering a fall program for seniors around the area to take advantage of early healthcare screenings, nutrition counseling and to learn more about staying healthy. 

Fulton County's Fall SPARC begins Tuesday, September 24. With Sickness Prevention Achieved through Regional Collaboration, more than 7,300 adults have been reached since 2006. They have gotten health screenings, learned more about Medicare, gotten employment assistance, Food Stamp assistance and learned about dental care. 

The schedule for the Fall SPARC is as follows: 

September 24 - Roswell Neighborhood Center

October 5 - Ben Hill United Methodist Church

October 9 - Refuge Temple Ministries

October 10 - West Hunter Street Baptist Church/SWEEAC

October 12 - Fountain of Hope

October 15 - Baptist gardens

October 16 - Simpson St. Church of Christ
