Interfaith Coalition of Fulton holds summit
COLLEGE PARK, Ga. -- The Fulton County faith community is invited to join Fulton County Health and Human Services to discuss chronic disease issues in a joint effort to define opportunities to address health issues and identify policies and practices that can effectively decrease the impact of chronic diseases in our communities. The summit, entitled “Barriers & Bridges: Integrating Faith, Science & Policy to Promote Health”, will be held Thursday, April 18, 2013 from 10:00am – 3:00pm at the College Park Regional Health enter located at 1920 John Wesley Ave. in College Park, GA, 30337. The event is FREE and OPEN to the PUBLIC.
