AUC holds the first ever HBCU Student Summit tonight at 6pm | Schools

ATLANTA - What is being promoted as the fist ever HBCU Student Summit will be held this evening at Clark Atlanta University.  The summit will join the student government associations from Spelman, Clark Atlanta, Morris Brown with the Democratic National Committe together as they begin to organize themselves again for the upcoming Presidential election in November.

Actree Keshia Knight Pulliam and Professor Michael Eric Dyson will play a key role in the activities today, but the focus is for the students to have an opportunity to demonstrate the power of their voice and the important role they intend to play in November.

The summit will take place at 6:00 PM on Tuesday, February 21, 2012 at the Bishop Cornelius L. Henderson Student Center located on the campus of Clark Atlanta University.  Students can RSVP for the summit athttp://my.democrats.org/page/s/hbcu-obama-student-summit.
