ATLANTA -- The investigation into Atlanta Public Schools concluded that CRCT cheating occurred at Beecher Hills Elementary in 2009.

Investigators determined that proctor Florence Bankston and teachers Michelle Ross and Dana Little cheated. Bankston admitted to investigators that she prompted students to change answers on the test, while Ross admitted to seating higher achieving students next to lower achieving students so they could cheat; she also said that she allowed students to use extra time to copy each others' work.

The investigation concluded that principal Robin Hall failed to properly monitor the 2009 CRCT and didn’t adequately supervise testing activities and test security. When questioned, Hall denied any knowledge of cheating on the CRCT in 2009 or any other year.
