ATLANTA -- The Governor's Special Investigators found limited evidence that CRCT cheating occurred at Cascade Elementary.

The school's principal, Alfonso Jessie, admitted to feeling "pressure" from Atlanta Public Schools to improve standardized test scores, but claimed to have no knowledge of cheating.

Neither did the investigative team, deciding that "we cannot determine what happened at Cascade," although some teachers said they never had a time limit within which they had to return completed exams to testing coordinator Barbara Ash. (328)

Nobody at the school admitted to changing answers.
